Serves 4-6
8 slices of bacon
1 (10 oz.) Pkg. frozen petite peas, thawed
4 stalks celery, finely diced
1 small onion, finely diced
1 1/2 Cup almonds, chopped
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup unflavored yogurt
2 Tablespoons Kiss the Chef Spice - Universal
1/8 to 1/4 tsp Cayenne/Chipotle pepper (optional)
Cook bacon until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels. when cool coarsely crumble and set aside.
Mix peas, celery, onion, almonds, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and bacon in a bowl. Add Kiss the Chef Spice - Universal, and cayenne for a kick. Then, enjoy!
