• 4-6 Carrots shredded
• 1 Tablespoon of Kiss the Chef Spice, Universal blend
• 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon of Oil of Choice (olive, Almond, avocado)
• 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon of Vinegar of choice (Sherry, red wine, apple cider)
Mix and adjust to taste.
In Switzerland, this would be part of a mixed salad where 3 separate salads are
plated together, it’s called a gemischtar salad.
